Liebe Teammitglieder von „XXX“ (AT),

diese Zeilen sollen Euch zum Start der Dreharbeiten begleiten – mit einem Dank für Euren Einsatz und einigen wichtigen Hinweisen für ein faires, respektvolles Miteinander am Set. Wir freuen uns sehr auf unser gemeinsames Projekt und wünschen Euch eine tolle, reibungslose Zeit bei der Arbeit! Unser Dank (und der unserer Partner AB) gilt der XY Film für die gute Vorbereitung. Wie bei allen ARD-Produktionen gelten die Leitlinien der ARD, die ein faires Miteinander vorsehen. Darüber hinaus haben wir den Respect Code Film unterzeichnet, der für ein professionelles, achtsames und diskriminierungsfreies Arbeitsumfeld steht und klare Standards für respektvolles Verhalten am Set formuliert. Eure wichtigste Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort ist die Produktionsfirma, die das Projekt mit großer Sorgfalt begleitet. Viele Firmen benennen inzwischen zusätzlich eine neutrale Vertrauensperson, die Euch bei Fragen, Konflikten oder Unsicherheiten als erste Anlaufstelle zur Seite steht. Uns ist bewusst, dass Dreharbeiten oft herausfordernd sind. Gerade in Stresssituationen ist es wichtig, dass sich alle am Set sicher und respektiert fühlen. Wir als Redaktionspartner und Auftraggeber stehen gemeinsam mit unseren Produzent:innen für ein Arbeitsumfeld, das frei ist von

  • Diskriminierung jeder Art
  • Mobbing
  • Rassismus und rassistischer Sprache
  • sexueller Belästigung

Solltet Ihr während der Dreharbeiten das Gefühl haben, dass diese Grundsätze verletzt werden, meldet Euch bitte. Dafür stehen Euch mehrere Möglichkeiten offen: Ihr könnt Euch an die Vertrauensperson wenden, an die Produktionsfirma, an die unabhängige Vertrauensstelle THEMIS e.V. – oder auch an uns. Wir behandeln Eure Anliegen selbstverständlich vertraulich und setzen alles daran, Nachteile für Euch zu verhindern.

just a little note as we get started with filming – to thank you for your commitment and to share a few important reminders for fair and respectful cooperation on set. We’re really looking forward to this project together and wish you a great, smooth time at work! A big thanks goes to XY Film for the excellent preparation. As with all ARD productions, the ARD guidelines apply, which are built on respectful cooperation. On top of that, we’ve signed the Respect Code Film, which stands for a professional, mindful, and discrimination-free working environment, and sets clear standards for respectful behavior on set. Your main contact on site is the production company, which is guiding the project with great care. Many companies also appoint a neutral trusted person these days – someone you can turn to first if you have questions, conflicts, or feel unsure about something. We know film shoots can often be demanding. Especially when things get stressful, it’s important that everyone on set feels safe and respected. Together with our producers, we as editorial partners and commissioning broadcasters stand for a working environment free from:

  • discrimination of any kind
  • bullying
  • racism and racist language
  • sexual harassment

If at any point during filming you feel that these principles are not being upheld, please reach out. You have several options: you can talk to the trusted person, the production company, the independent trust center THEMIS e.V. – or to us. Of course, we will treat your concerns confidentially and do everything we can to make sure you don’t face any disadvantages.
